The Great Lakes Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Center, funded in April 2023 by the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Energy, has announced the suspension of its services due to the unilateral termination of its EPA cooperative agreement, effective February 21, 2025. This termination impacts hundreds of communities and organizations with active requests for technical assistance.

EPA Announces Climate Pollution Reduction Grant Awardees

The EPA has announced 25 selected CPRG applications to receive over $4.3 billion in grants and will announce the results of a separate competition for Tribes and territories later this summer. Five Tribes partnered closely with the Great Lakes TCTAC to complete their applications.
