Region 5 EPA will present, “Why Do Quality Assurance?" and explain requirements for grant recipients of the Great Lakes Environmental Justice Thriving Communities Grantmaking Program. Representatives from the Science and Quality Assurance Branch will explain the role quality assurance plays in project planning, implementation, assessment, and evaluation. They will also discuss Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPPs), what’s involved, and how to gain assistance. We will have time for questions. This meeting will be recorded and shared after the event.
